Dyngus Day in Cleveland 2027

Know-Before-You-Go Checklist

Monday, March 29, 2027 · 10 AM – 8 PM · rain or shine

Before you leave

  • ☐ Tickets: it's a ticketed event. Kids 12 and under get in free and don't need a ticket. Official ticket information →
  • ☐ Schedule: the organizers say the 2027 lineup goes up just after the new year. Official schedule →
  • ☐ Entrances: Detroit Ave at W. 58th St (west end, by the Street Stage); W. 54th St at Gordon Green (north end, near Tillman Ave). Official map →
  • ☐ Getting there: RTA's 26/26A Detroit bus runs between downtown Cleveland and Crocker Park along Detroit Avenue. Several festival blocks of Detroit are closed that day, so check RTA's rider alerts for detours before you go.
  • ☐ Parking: RTA offers about 8,000 free parking spaces at Rapid stations and Park-N-Ride lots (W. 65–Lorain Station is one of them). Park free and ride in. The organizers haven't published a parking plan for 2027. The lot by Angel Printing sits inside the festival fence on the official map, so don't plan on parking there.

Pack

  • ☐ Pussy willows (from the organizers' own list)
  • ☐ A squirt gun (from the organizers' own list)
  • ☐ Polka pants (from the organizers' own list)

Our tips

  • Dress for wet and cold. It's late March by Lake Erie and people will spray you. A rain shell beats a nice jacket.
  • Put your phone in a zip-top bag.
  • Bring a photo ID if you plan to drink.
  • Wear red and white.
  • Plan your ride home before your first piwo. Take RTA or a rideshare.
  • Come early. Gates open at 10 AM and the blocks fill up through the day.
